Permission-aware retrieval

No single unrestricted index.

Company Knowledge does not build one open pile of everything. Retrieval is permission-aware, so each person only gets answers from the information they are already allowed to access.

Access follows your rules

Permissions are applied at retrieval time. If someone cannot open a document, it will not appear in their answers either.

Answer plus evidence

Every answer is backed by its sources: the file it came from, the page, and the excerpt. You can always check the evidence behind a response.
